Home defibrillator monitoring, UK
We set up a defibrillator in your home and look after it from there. Every day it checks its own battery, pads and electronics and reports to us. If anything needs attention, we get in touch.
Prefer to talk it through? Call us on 0330 057 3053.

Most cardiac arrests outside hospital happen at home, not in public places where defibrillators are usually found. Having one in the house means it is close by if it is ever needed.

Daily monitoring
Many defibrillators check themselves, but the result only shows on the device. With monitoring, it comes straight to us every day, so nothing depends on you noticing.
Your defibrillator runs an automatic check of its electronics, battery and pads.
The result reaches Home Defib over the mobile network. There is no app to check.
If anything needs attention, we get in touch and arrange the next step with you.
If every check passes, you will not hear from us and nothing is needed from you.
How we monitor
Some services described as monitoring are really a reminder to check the defibrillator yourself, or a visit once a year. With ours, it checks itself every day and reports to us.
Daily monitoring is included with Complete Protection and rental, not with outright purchase. Comparison based on common home defibrillator service types; other providers’ services vary.
